The Cosafe team has created templates for you administrators to send out to your employees before launching Cosafe in your organisation. The template consists of a short description of what Cosafe is and how employees should go about logging in. You are welcome to copy the whole template or parts of it to send out the information to your employees!

Welcome to Cosafe!
A safe and secure workplace is very important to our organisation. In case of serious incidents, communication is key and it is important to have a good preparedness and procedures to handle these situations.
To further strengthen our emergency preparedness, we are introducing the Cosafe platform which will be available to all employees. Cosafe is a cloud-based platform that is currently used by companies, municipalities, government agencies and schools to facilitate communication during critical events/incidents by sending the right information and alerts, to the right person at the right time.

How do you get started with Cosafe?
Your employer has integrated Cosafe with the login system you normally use at your workplace, called SSO (Single Sign On).
To get started with Cosafe, start by downloading the app from the Appstore or Google Play.
Log in to Cosafe using SSO:
1. Click the SSO button at the bottom of the app's login page.
2. Enter your email address that you use at your workplace.
3. Enter your password that you use at your workplace.
