Once your organisation is ready to start using Cosafe and has chosen who will administer the platform, you will work with our specialists to set up your Cosafe. This will be done through two training sessions, each session lasting between 1-2h and taking place via digital meetings. We recommend that the people who will have overall responsibility for administering Cosafe are between 1-5 people, no more!
Preparing for training
Who will be your first administrator?
At your first training, we will prepare your account by creating your first user, i.e. the first administrator. During the first training, you will have access to log in to the admin panel. Throughout the training you will share screens in the web meeting. During the training you will add the other participants (administrators). When booking (see calendar below), you will enter the details of your first administrator.
Download the Google Chrome browser to your computer
If you have not already installed the Google Chrome browser on your computer, we recommend that you do so. The Cosafe web app is supported by all browsers, but we recommend always using Google Chrome.
Download the Cosafe app to your mobile/tablet
To focus on the right things during the training and save time, please download the Cosafe app before the meeting to your mobile devices. Search the App Store or Google Play for Cosafe.
NOTE! You will not be able to log into Cosafe before the training as it requires access which you will receive at the training session.
How does the training work?
The training will take place on two occasions approximately 1-2 weeks apart. Between the sessions, administrators will work in the system. You can start using Cosafe after the first meeting.
