We have updated the document management interface, making it easier to organize, search and navigate through your files. The new design includes new functionality and improvements such as:

The new design includes a more intuitive interface. We have introduced several important improvements to make the feature more efficient and user-friendly:

1. New tabs for "All files" and "Favorites":

To make it easier to sort and find your documents, we have introduced two separate tabs; one to list all your documents in the same view and one to quickly access your favorites. This is particularly useful when you need an overview of all content.

2. Filtering at group and account level:

Now you can customize your document view by filtering documents by groups or accounts. It gives you a more structured and tailored access to your documents. Your selected filters are saved even if you close the app or leave the page. Active filters are clearly indicated by the filter button being highlighted in yellow.

3. Bookmarking documents for quick access

With the new Favorites feature, you can easily highlight the documents you use most often, or need quick access to. These favorites become easily accessible to you, and facilitate the navigation of documents.

4. Improved search function for documents and folders:

Our updated search function has been made more intuitive. The search function makes it easier to find specific documents and folders by offering suggestions and filtering based on keywords.

5. Smooth document uploading

We have replaced the previous document/folder upload buttons with a smaller and more accessible button for easier document uploading and folder creation. The improvement frees up more screen space and allows you to see more documents in the list.

6. Banner and progression bar for offline documents:

You can now easily see how many documents are available to download offline and monitor the download itself, providing better control and clear feedback.

7. Information banner on new measures:

To keep you updated on the latest changes, we have included an information banner that gives you relevant information on new actions and updates made to the app.

8. Group icon on groups instead of folder icon:

To make it easier to distinguish groups from folders, we have introduced a distinct group icon. This improves visual clarity and makes it easier to navigate and filter your documents and folders.

1. Configure all steps on the same page:

Now you can configure the lone worker timer on a single page for a more efficient and intuitive configuration, editing and activation of the alarm.

i) Enable the timer with scrollable time setting:
Now users can easily set the timer through our new scrollable time setting.

ii) Select directly between groups or individual users:
Now you can directly select recipients in a simple and efficient way. Choose between sending to one or more groups, or only individual users.

iii) Write the alarm message in the message box
We are also launching a new design of the text box for users to easily write and get an overview of the alarm message.

2. When the lone worker timer is activated, a visual indicator appears in the main menu.

A clear visual indication appears in the main menu when the alarm is activated. This gives users an immediate visual confirmation and status of the current timer.

3.Set a reminder to be sent 1 minute before the timer runs out.

Now you can set a reminder to be sent 1 minute before the timer runs out. The reminder is sent as a push notification and allows the user to get a clear status of the timer before the alarm is triggered.

4. Ability to trigger the alarm immediately, before the timer runs out

We have updated the active alarm view and added the possibility to send the alarm directly, in the same way as personal alarms, by pressing and holding the screen until the alarm is sent.

5. Integrated instruction manual:

To facilitate use and understanding, we have included an integrated instruction manual directly in the app. This manual provides detailed step-by-step instructions to ensure that users can use the feature effectively.
