When installing Cosafe it is important that you have the correct configurations. The first thing to do is download Cosafe from App Store or scan the following QR code.

For the configuration to be correct, it is important that you make the following three settings correctly:

1. Allow notifications
The notifications enable the app to send out to your phone when you have received a new message. When you start using Cosafe, you will be asked if we can send notices to you, it is important that you answer Allow.

2. Allow important alerts
We've gotten permission from iOS to go through silent mode so that Cosafe can send you important alerts even when your phone is on silent or do not disturb. When you start using Cosafe, you will be asked if we can send important warnings to you, it is important that you answer Allow.

3. Share Location
In order for your colleagues to receive your correct address and location when you alert or share your location information, it is important that you reply Allow when that question appears in the app.
